BORN IN INDONESIA IN THE 40'S, HE STILL DANCES WITH TROPICAL FEVER IN HIS LEGS AFTER WORKING LIFELONG AT SEA AS AN OPERATOR.  AND IS ALSO A MAGNIFICENT COOK OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN FOOD, BUT SINGING IS HIS MADNESS, LIKE HIS HEROES SAM COOKE, BEN E. KING, BELAFONTE, DYLAN, JJ CALE, LEON RUSSELL, ...

Alain has currently left the band, and returned to the South of France.  We wish him all the best!!! (May 2018)

Went to a very unimportant school, 13 years lost.  Grabbed the guitar at 11 after hearing "Axis bold as love".  Dug his way through the axis of sound meeting the music of John Coltrane, Robert Wyatt, Magma, ...  
Played with the French singer Antoine Tomé at 21.  Moved to the South of France in '83 and performed 250 gigs in 1˝ year with the band MK.
Went back to Paris to compose new songs and moved to Belgium, Ghent, to play in a thousands of bands.  Meeting Marvin in '96, and soon having the project of forming a band backing sir Kevin Ayers.  Concretisation of this project came on May 1 '99, first gig with the man with a Mediterranean tan, the rest one can guess.
